Inspired by three sources: The herbs, spices and fruits that flavor gin; plant-filled glass houses and Parisian sidewalk cafes, Botanical is a daylight and plant filled relaxing restaurant/café and special event space during the day—that after dark transforms into an incredible regionally unique gin bar. Its central feature is a multi-functional indoor-outdoor, weather protected garden room with a long bar and service along the north wall. The focal space is filled with light and engages via operable perimeter walls with surrounding patios, the sidewalk and street beyond. Planters and flowers indoors enliven the central covered open area.
