“prominent corner site in downtown Pasadena”
We were retained by the executive architect to provide entitlements and conceptual design direction for this prominent corner site in downtown Pasadena. An existing historic hotel tower was incorporated into a program that included large footprint office, retail, housing and a renovated hotel. The solution, along Pasadena's Rose Parade route emphasizes a lantern-like atrium and a fore-court for restaurant seating and annual parade viewing opportunities on multiple levels.
