“the heart of the vibrant Theater District”
Adding character and charm to the heart of the vibrant Theater District, this mixed-use residentially-dominant project draws from the rich history of southern California courtyard housing, itself rooted in the character of Andalusian southern Spain. Several housing typologies surround four varied scale courtyards linked by open and covered passages. The 128,000-square-foot project includes 118 residential units, retail and restaurant space varied in height from one to six stories all over two levels of below ground parking.
