this Vision Plan attempts to resolve the physical form of the Civic Center as city functions continue to grow and meaningfully connect them to the population they serve

The culmination of a series of workshops and discussions regarding the future of the civic heart of Fort Collins, this Vision Plan attempts to resolve the physical form of the Civic Center as city functions continue to grow and meaningfully connect them to the population they serve.  The plan focuses on consolidating functions in a unified district while at the same time improving the work environment for employees and employing best practices in urban design and sustainability.  The new city hall is located to symbolically align on the Howes Street axis with Colorado State University's Oval and its Administration building to the south.
