The project incorporates sustainable materials and energy-conscious systems and features throughout and is targeting LEED Platinum certification.

This carefully scaled and pedestrian focused 15 townhome project builds on its surroundings that transition from the density of downtown to the traditional single family home lots surrounding Library Park in central Fort Collins.

The three and four-story homes vary widely in width and square footage and are organized around a shared courtyard, creating a quiet interior space in the middle of the urban block.

Exterior materials include brick, terracotta, and smooth plaster, all chosen to connect to the scale and texture of adjacent buildings and the neighborhood. Large windows bring light deep into each home.

Each home features thoughtful modern plans and volumes with an emphasis on function, clarity and connection to the outdoors.

The project incorporates sustainable materials and energy-conscious systems and features throughout and is targeting Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum certification—the highest level attainable.
