“a four-story building that architecturally complements its historic downtown context without duplicating designs from other eras”
Designed to provide large foot-print class-A office, retail, and residential space as well as below-ground parking, this 58,000 square foot, four-story building architecturally complements its historic downtown context without duplicating designs from other eras. A series of façade variations on the original 25-foot wide lots help the building read as a cohesive whole while respecting the small-scale morphology of the streetscape. Randy was the project designer for this concept while he was with RB+B Architects.
