proposed project includes 159 market rate apartments, 10,000 sf of commercial/retail space and structured parking for the required amount of cars. The current zoning does not allow any residential units for the site, however, an amended General Plan is in the process of being adopted. We will use this amended General Plan to determine the allowable FAR, units/acre and parking requirements, as reflected in the target numbers above.
