Block One

This catalyst project for the Fort Collins River District redevelopment area replaces a former concrete batch plant with a four-story mixed use building comprised of apartments, headquarters office space, and retail—all over below-grade parking.  Located at the intersection of Linden Street and the Poudre River and within the grounds of an 1860’s fort site, a river-fronting restaurant with outdoor terraces has commanding views of the federally designated Wild and Scenic River and river banks re-planted with native vegetation.
