Located at the center of what was once the parade ground for Fort Collins' namesake military outpost, Confluence strives in every way to live up to its site's historic past. Sandwiched between three historically eligible properties, with a fourth across the street, particular attention has been paid to the project's massing, stepping down and setting back in a number of locations in deference to the existing properties.
Like its nearby brother, Block One, Confluence is a mixed-use project in the truest sense, composed of pedestrian-oriented retail, office, housing, and concealed off-street parking. The residences feature lush terraces with outstanding views of the roof of the city and the mountains beyond, while shady courtyards provide welcoming niches to the pedestrian realm. We believe Confluence will be a vital addition to the rapidly developing River District.
