In order to illustrate the possibility for relocation of a corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility to a site immediately adjacent to downtown and the Poudre River, we were retained to quickly study placement and character of the proposed program while planning for enhanced protected river fringe. The resulting documents played a role in the city's ability to bring the user to the site, now under construction. Randy was the project designer for this concept while he was with RB+B Architects.
